| Information and Referral (I&R) Online Database & Warm Line A web-based database with access to information and referrals about resources for children up to age five and their families. The Contra Costa Crisis Center maintains a Web-based database of Contra Costa human services called the County Online Resource Database (“CORD”): www.crisis-center.org. The Warm Line will provide parents and professionals with accessible information and referral services about resources for children prenatal to age five. Amount Funded:

Countywide Progress to Date: - The Crisis Center has reclassified its current database of information and referral services to include a prenatal to age five category and has expanded it to include more prenatal to age five resources.
- The Crisis Center launched its new database in June 2002. In July, CORD recorded nearly 18,000 website visits.
