| Information and Referral (I&R) Online Database & Warm Line A web-based database with access to information and referrals about resources for children up to age five and their families. The Contra Costa Crisis Center maintains a Web-based database of Contra Costa human services called the County Online Resource Database (CORD): www.crisis-center.org. The Warm Line will provide parents and professionals with accessible information and referral services about resources for children prenatal to age five. - The Crisis Center launched its new database in June 2002. In July, CORD recorded nearly 18,000 website visits.
